Set in the Arabian desert, the game has a mysterious and enchanting feel, inspired by the story of Aladdin, with swirling sand, a golden rim around the reels and an intense Arabic soundtrack.

For me, Wheel of Wishes is all about chasing the progressive jackpots rather than grinding the base game. The main WowPot prize seeds at $2 million and once even paid out over $43 million to a single player, so the potential is obvious. The trade off is a 93.34% RTP and very low volatility, which means steady small hits while you hope the wheel appears.

On the numbers side, Wheel of Wishes runs with a 93.34% RTP, which is low compared with standard video slots but similar to many progressive games. Volatility is described as very low, so wins and dead spins tend to balance out, and in my experience you do hit regular small line wins. Bonus Features in Wheel of Wishes

Bonus play in Wheel of Wishes centres on the Power Spin feature. In the standard mode, landing at least two scatter wheels in view triggers a single Power Spin, where the three middle reels merge into a giant 3x3 block and reels 1 and 5 turn into stacked high value symbols. Those jumbo icons count as nine positions, so even one good symbol can throw up a surprising win across several lines.

If patience is running out, I sometimes buy into Power Mode on Wheel of Wishes, accepting the hefty 10x bet increase in exchange for every spin being a Power Spin. During any Power Spin, the massive Bonus Wheel symbol can land fully across the central block and triggers the jackpot game. Rub the Golden Lamp and Make a Wish in Wheel of Wishes

I rate Wheel of Wishes as a very specific kind of slot: ideal when I fancy low volatility jackpot chasing and do not mind giving up some RTP for a shot at life changing money. The Arabian theme and Power Spins kept me on the edge of my seat, but the base game can feel flat and without a Major or WowPot hit you rarely walk away with a big profit.
