Reel Star: Slot Verdict

Reel Star comes across as a fairly modest exclusive, with classic disco fruit looks and a soundtrack that chugs along without doing much. The developer has not gone overboard on creativity, and even with turbo on the pace feels a bit slow, helped by those slightly annoying clicking noises from the reels and spin button. That said, I do like how clean everything is, with no side bets or cluttered mini games.

With high volatility, variable RTP models and an 8,000x cap, Reel Star is the sort of slot I treat with respect, staking modestly and letting the Star mechanic do its work. Free spins are fun, but the core attraction is those instant prizes doubling up through Upgrades.
