Cyber Wolf - Game Overview

Cyber Wolf is a five reel, three row slot from Endorphina that landed in April 2022 and quickly turned into a popular title in my rotation. You get 10 fixed betways on a classic 5x3 playing field, with wagers from 0.10 to 40 per spin, so it suits cautious testing and higher stakes sessions. The maths model runs on 96.05% RTP with average volatility and a max win capped at 5000x stake.

The theme mixes fantasy and cyber elements, with a neon wolf in the title role and mechanical claws, bells and sevens spinning beside classic card icons. The artwork looks clean rather than over the top, but the atmosphere still pulls me in, especially during long bonus hunts. Sound design is fairly restrained, so Cyber Wolf works well if you like to grind a game without audio fatigue setting in.

How to Play Cyber Wolf

Playing Cyber Wolf is straightforward even if you are new to Endorphina slots. Set your stake, spin the 5x3 grid and land three or more matching symbols on one of the 10 pay lines from left to right to score a win. The stacked wild appears only on reels two, three and four, helping to complete combinations, while scatter symbols pay on their own and also trigger the free spins bonus game.

Free Spins Feature in Cyber Wolf

In Cyber Wolf the main feature is the free games with extra wild symbols. Hit three or more scatter icons anywhere on the reels and you receive 8 free spins to start with. Before the bonus round begins, scatters pay as well, up to 250x stake for a full screen of five. That early hit can already change a session, even before the enhanced wild mechanics come into play during the bonus itself.

At the beginning of the feature a random regular symbol is selected and given wild capacity, so it can substitute for all symbols except scatter. During free games you see an extra bar above the grid, linked to accumulators for each symbol. Special versions of the symbols land with glowing indicators; every time one appears, it fills a cell on the relevant accumulator, even when that spin does not produce a winning combination.

When an accumulator is filled, the corresponding symbol turns into an extra wild for the next spin and you gain one additional free game. Once used, that accumulator switches off, so you chase the next upgrade. During my demo sessions I noticed those extra wild symbols rack up quite quickly, which keeps the bonus tense. Landing three or more scatters during free spins adds another batch of 8 free games, plus a fresh scatter payout.

Cyber Wolf Symbols and Paytable

Cyber Wolf keeps the paytable fairly simple, with ten regular symbols plus the two specials. Premium symbols are the Cyber Wolf itself, the Lucky Sevens, the Liberty Bell and a mechanical claw. Hitting five of a kind on a line awards 50x, 40x, 30x and 20x your stake respectively, so lining up the wolf in combination with stacked wilds can lead to those more serious board hits that push towards the advertised max win.

Lower down you have classic card style symbols, which pay between 15x and 10x stake for five of a kind, and as little as 0.5x for the shorter hits shown in the tables. The wild symbol comes stacked and only lands on reels two, three and four, substituting for all regular symbols to help complete lines. Scatter has its own payout table and is the only symbol the wild does not replace, since scatters trigger the feature.

Risk Game and Bonus Pop in Cyber Wolf

Like many Endorphina titles, Cyber Wolf has a Risk Game that appears after any winning spin. You see five cards, with the dealer's card face up; your task is to pick a higher card or the Joker. A successful pick doubles your win, while the Joker beats everything. If your card is lower you lose the staked amount, and you can repeat this gamble up to ten times in a row when fortune cooperates.

If the dealer shows a strong card, I often skip the Risk Game and just bank the win. Cyber Wolf also comes with a Bonus Pop feature, which lets you buy the free spins round for 129x stake and start with an extra wild symbol already active. In some regulated markets bonus buys are not allowed, so this option may be disabled, and even when available it can feel expensive if the bonus runs cold.

My Verdict on Cyber Wolf

For me the base game in Cyber Wolf is not very special, but the stacked wilds do help to hit some pleasant line wins while you wait for scatters. The free spins bonusspel can be quite exciting, especially when those extra wild symbols charge up quickly, as they often did in my demo testing. Bonus Pop feels a bit pricey, so I treat it with care. Cyber Wolf is not my favourite, yet it is definitely worth a try.
